About the Role

At The Insignia Consultant, we’re looking for a LinkedIn Ads Specialist who actually understands B2B buyers and knows how to turn LinkedIn Campaign Manager into a predictable pipeline engine.

If you know how to build a tight ABM list, balance manual vs. automated bidding without blowing the budget, and write ad copy that decision-makers actually click on—you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day:

Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns across formats—Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms, Document Ads, and Thought Leader Ads.

Smart Targeting: Build high-intent audience lists using job titles, company size, matched audiences, and custom ABM target lists.

Creative & Copy Iteration: Work directly with our design and copy teams to test different hooks, offers (ungated vs. gated), and visual formats that cut through feed noise.

Tracking & Tech Setup: Ensure LinkedIn Insight Tags, conversion tracking,



and UTMs are set up correctly so every lead routes cleanly into client CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Data & Client Reporting: Analyze CPL, conversion rates, and pipeline quality. You’ll present explicit, fluff-free updates to clients on what’s working, what isn’t, and what we’re testing next.

What We’re Looking For:

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience directly managing paid LinkedIn campaigns (agency experience preferred).

Strong grasp of LinkedIn Campaign Manager—you know how to troubleshoot high CPLs, audience fatigue, and low form-fill rates.

Comfortable with numbers and reporting (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or simple Excel pivot tables).

Solid communication skills—you can explain why a campaign performed the way it did without hiding behind buzzwords.
