Two positions: Line Quality Inspector / QC Assistant at our IQF vegetable plant, Sikandrabad, Bulandshahr.

Positive entry-level role for a Food Technology graduate who wants to learn a frozen line properly, inside a plant that is FSSC 22000 certified. You will be trained on the job and you will report to the Process QC Officer on your shift.

What you will do

- Inspect produce at sorting, at the inspection conveyor and at packing
- Count defects, check piece size, weigh samples, verify pack weights and seal integrity
- Take samples for the laboratory and log them correctly
- Check hygiene and GMP compliance on the floor, and record what you find
- Fill CCP and monitoring records accurately, every time, in ink, on the hour — in a certified plant the record is the proof, and a blank line is a non-conformity

What we are looking for

- B.Sc or Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or Agriculture
- 0–4 years experience.



Freshers with a good academic record and a genuine interest in food safety are welcome
- Careful, honest, and willing to be on the plant floor for a full shift in a cold and wet environment
- Willing to work a shift roster
- Able to read and write records in English, and speak with operators in Hindi

What will make you stand out:
- Any hands-on experience in a frozen or chilled plant
- Laboratory basics — moisture, ash, pH, TPC
- Local candidates from Sikandrabad, Bulandshahr, Khurja, Hapur or Bijnor
