We are looking for an experienced Line Assembler – Telecom Products Trainer to deliver industry-oriented theory and practical training aligned with the TSSC TEL/Q2502 Qualification Pack. The trainer will be responsible for developing students' practical skills in telecom/electronics assembly, production-line operations, handset and mobile accessories assembly, ESD safety, quality and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities Deliver theory and practical training as per TSSC TEL/Q2502.

Train students in telecom/electronics and handset assembly processes.

Conduct hands-on training on PCB, components, connectors, cables and assembly tools.

Train students in production-line operations and assembly procedures.

Demonstrate technical diagrams, assembly instructions and production processes.

Train students in quality inspection, defect identification and basic troubleshooting.

Conduct practical training on ESD-secure procedures and electronic component handling.

Train students on mobile accessories assembly and basic testing.

Explain basic production documentation, inventory and ERP/digital tracking.

Conduct practical activities, assessments and viva preparation.

Maintain attendance, practical records and assessment documentation.





Support students in developing industry-ready skills and job readiness.

Electronics Electrical E&TC; Telecommunication Instrumentation Other relevant technical disciplines Experience 2-3 years of relevant industry experience preferred.

Strong hands-on experience in electronics/telecom production and assembly will be highly valued.

Prior training/teaching experience will be an advantage.
