LEGAL OFFICER – CORPORATE & MINING

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Legal Officer to handle corporate legal matters with a strong focus on mining, quarrying, land, statutory compliance, contracts, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day corporate and commercial legal matters.
- Manage legal documentation, agreements, contracts, notices, and correspondence.
- Handle mining and quarry-related legal and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate with government departments and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor compliance with applicable mining, environmental, land, labour, and statutory regulations.
- Handle land-related documentation, leases, agreements, and disputes.
- Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants.
- Assist management with legal opinions, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
- Monitor ongoing litigation, court matters, notices, and legal proceedings.
- Review contracts with customers, suppliers, contractors,



and service providers.
- Maintain proper records of legal documents, cases, licenses, permits, and statutory approvals.
- Advise management on legal risks and ensure timely compliance.

Qualification
- LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
- Bar Council enrollment preferred.
- Additional qualification in Corporate Law, Mining Law, Environmental Law, or Compliance will be an advantage.

Experience
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate legal, mining, quarrying, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Robust experience in mining/quarry regulations, land matters, government liaison, contracts, and litigation preferred.

Pay: ₹15,707.84 - ₹55,555.19 per month
