Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, team coordination, and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and workflow.
Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff.
Monitor inward, outward, picking, packing & dispatch activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock audits.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of materials.
Track warehouse productivity and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with logistics,



operations, and other internal teams.
Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and SOP guidelines.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
3–6 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
Positive communication and team-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
