RESPONSIBILITIES

 Develop, modify and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial machinery and automation systems.

 Work on PLC platforms including Allen-Bradley, Siemens and Mitsubishi.

 Perform PLC troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and program modifications.

 Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, sensors and industrial control systems.

 Understand and troubleshoot electrical control circuits and machine logic.

 Read and interpret electrical/control wiring diagrams.

 Identify automation-related breakdowns and implement effective corrective actions.

 Support machine commissioning, testing and start-up activities.





 Monitor PLC-controlled equipment for reliable and productive operation.  Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for breakdown resolution and machine improvement.

 Assist in automation upgrades, modifications and process improvements.

 Maintain proper documentation of PLC programs, modifications and troubleshooting activities.
