We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Hygiene Manager to join our organization in Udaipur, India. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive hygiene and sanitation standards across all operational areas. You will lead our hygiene initiatives with a cooperative approach, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive hygiene management systems and sanitation protocols across all operational departments
Conduct regular internal and external hygiene audits, food safety inspections, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Manage supplier audits and microbiological monitoring programs to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety




Perform food safety risk assessments and implement corrective action management procedures to address identified gaps
Lead and mentor the hygiene team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure consistent execution of hygiene standards
Maintain detailed documentation and records of all hygiene-related activities, audit findings, and corrective actions
Analyze hygiene data and prepare comprehensive reports for management, highlighting trends, risks, and recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and quality assurance to integrate hygiene best practices
Stay current with evolving food safety legislation and local regulatory requirements, ensuring organizational compliance
Develop and deliver hygiene training programs for staff at all levels to promote awareness and accountability
Manage hygiene-related budgets and resources efficiently while optimizing operational effectiveness
Respond promptly to hygiene concerns and implement creative solutions to prevent recurrence
Foster a transparent and inclusive hygiene culture that encourages staff participation and continuous improvement
