Role Overview:





We are looking for a Pre-Sales Associate who will be the first point of contact for customers coming through our website, marketing campaigns, inbound, and other channels.

You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, qualifying enquiries and ensuring smooth handover to the design consultant team.

This is a customer-facing, target-oriented role that requires solid communication, process follow-up discipline and solid work ethics.

Key responsibilities:
Contact leads through calls/WhatsApp within defined SLAs.
Understand customer requirement and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
Capture accurate customer information and conversation details in the CRM.
Maintain accurate lead status, follow the SOP and ensure CRM hygiene.

Experience: min 1 year

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
