About the Role

We’re a D2C spiritual wellness brand growing fast and we need a creative, driven, and responsible Influencer & Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team.

What You'll Do
Identify and shortlist relevant influencers aligned with Mantraa's brand and audience.
Reach out to influencers via DMs, emails, or WhatsApp for collaborations.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and requirements professionally.
Prepare briefs, concepts, and scripts for influencer content when required.
Manage the end-to-end campaign cycle from outreach to final video delivery.
Ensure all influencer content meets brand tone and quality standards.
Update and maintain the influencer tracker sheet regularly
Maintain consistent and transparent communication with the internal marketing team.
Contribute creative campaign ideas to enhance brand reach and engagement.




Achieve 60-100 finalized influencer videos per month (barter + paid).
Ensure all finalized influencer deliverables are received within timelines.
Assist in Instagram content strategy and creation of reels, stories, and posts.
Create & Edit visually appealing static posts and short videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or VN.
Suggest creative directions and trends to strengthen Mantraa's digital identity.
