About the Role

The Founder’s Office Associate will work closely with the leadership team on high-value, cross-functional business initiatives. The role is designed for someone early in their career who is looking to take on significant responsibility and exposure.

The person will work on ambiguous business problems, use data and structured thinking to find solutions, align different stakeholders, and drive initiatives through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Ownership & Execution
Own important cross-functional initiatives from problem identification to execution and closure.
Define explicit owners, timelines and outcomes.
Ensure initiatives move forward without constant follow-ups.
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Problem Solving
Break ambiguous business problems into structured questions and workstreams.
Develop hypotheses and identify the right decisions to be made.
Anticipate risks, dependencies and potential roadblocks.
Data & Analysis
Use data to identify patterns and diagnose business problems.
Build analyses, business cases, trackers and decision-making documents.
Translate analysis into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work with teams across product,



technology, operations and business.
Coordinate stakeholders and help unblock initiatives.
Drive progress even when you don't have direct authority over the teams involved.

Qualifications / What We're Looking For
