We are seeking a motivated Area Supervisor – ARR to join our team. This role will oversee the implementation of ARR projects across Haveri, Karnataka, ensuring high-quality plantation and timely milestone achievement.

Key responsibilities
Supervise ARR project implementation within assigned areas.
Lead and monitor field officers and partner organizations.
Ensure quality plantation, survival rate, and timely milestone achievement.
Coordinate farmer onboarding, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Verify field data, geo-tagging, and project documentation.
Conduct regular site visits and submit progress reports.
Ensure compliance with Varaha SOPs and carbon project requirements.

Required qualifications
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Horticulture,



Agroforestry and Agriculture.
0 to 1 year of work experience.
Prior experience in agroforestry, forestry, afforestation, reforestation, or related development projects.
Solid knowledge of plantation management, agroforestry systems, and farmer engagement.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital data collection tools.
Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.

Communication and stakeholder management.
Problem-solving and reporting.
GPS/Geo-tagging experience is an advantage.
