The Estimation & Billing Engineer for Resorts,farmhouse & Bunglow Projects from start to end with all finishes like flooring, door windows, sloping roofs ( RCC / FABRICATIONS), electricals & Plumbing, Texture/paints & Landscape. The Estimation & Costing Engineer ensures that construction projects are financially feasible by preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, budgets, and tender documents. They work closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations.
Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
Calculate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams.
Prepare tender documents and bid submissions.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
Monitor project budgets and cost variances.
Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for pricing.
Support management with budgeting and forecasting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,981.68 per month
