Job Responsibilities:
Manage overall workshop and service operations of the dealership.
Lead technicians, service advisors and workshop support teams.
Ensure achievement of service revenue, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
Monitor vehicle intake, job cards, repair quality, delivery timelines and workshop efficiency.
Ensure proper diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.
Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
Monitor workshop manpower, tools, equipment and spare parts coordination.
Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety procedures and dealership policies.
Drive repeat business, customer retention and service revenue growth.
