Position: Front Office Executive
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Type: Full time
Experience: Freshers / 1–2 years of experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
Welcome and greet visitors, customers, and guests professionally.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and basic enquiries.
Manage front-desk activities and maintain visitor records.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Handle basic administrative and office-support tasks.
Maintain a qualified and friendly reception area.
Coordinate with different departments when required.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
