Job Title: Customer Care Executive (E-commerce)

Job Summary :

We are looking for two Customer Care Executives to join our E-commerce team immediately. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing incoming calls, and assisting customers with warranty registration.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle incoming customer calls for the E-commerce division.
Assist customers with product-related queries and warranty registration.
Make outbound calls to customers regarding warranty registration.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.




Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Qualifications :
Proficiency in spoken Hindi and English is mandatory.
Previous customer care or call center experience is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and customer service orientation.

Salary:* ₹14,000–₹15,000 per month

Performance Incentives:* ₹4,000–₹5,000 per month
Prospect to grow within the E-commerce team.

Joining: Immediate

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
