· Minimum 18 years of overall experience in infrastructure/water supply project execution.

· Candidate must have independently handled and successfully completed at least 2–3 Water Supply Scheme Projects as Project Manager.

· Candidates having experience in Jharkhand Urban Water Supply / Urban Infrastructure Projects will be given priority.

· Experience in JJM / Rural Water Supply / Urban Water Supply Schemes will be highly preferred.

· Robust experience in managing end-to-end project execution, from planning to commissioning and handover.

· Experience in handling large-scale pipeline networks, WTP, Intake Well, ESR/OHSR, CWR, pumping stations, distribution networks and allied water supply infrastructure.

· Should have sound knowledge of BOQ, drawings, specifications, work planning, resource planning and project scheduling.





· Experience in coordinating with Jal Jeevan Mission, PHED, JUIDCO, State Government departments, consultants and other statutory authorities.

· Strong understanding of contract management, billing, variations, claims, EOT, DPR/BOQ and client requirements.

· Should be capable of managing multiple project teams, contractors, subcontractors, engineers and site personnel.

· Responsible for achieving project time, cost, quality and execution targets.

· Should have robust leadership, decision-making, coordination and problem-solving skills.

· Positive knowledge of MS Project , MS Excel, AutoCAD and project documentation will be preferred.
