Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-oriented Telecaller to join our Admissions Team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, providing information about courses and admissions, and supporting the admissions team in converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admissions.
Respond to admission enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, facilities, and admission procedures.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents.
Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the Admissions Team for further counselling and admission processing.
Handle incoming calls and respond professionally to queries.




Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and follow-up targets.
Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with students and parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
Previous experience in telecalling, admissions, counselling, or customer service will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain enquiry records.
Positive attitude, patience, and positive convincing skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an admissions team.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in educational institution admissions, student counselling, or telecalling will be preferred.
