Medsurge India is looking for a motivated Meta Ads Intern to join our digital marketing team. The intern will get hands-on experience in managing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns, lead generation, campaign optimization and performance analysis.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads
Understanding of Meta Ads Manager
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation
Understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA and ROAS
Basic knowledge of audience targeting and retargeting
Valuable analytical and communication skills
Willingness to learn and work on live campaigns

Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and managing Meta Ads campaigns
Support audience research and targeting
Assist with campaign monitoring and optimization
Track key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC and ROAS
Help with A/B testing of creatives,



audiences and ad copies
Coordinate with the content/design team for ad creatives
Prepare basic campaign performance reports
Research competitors and recent advertising prospects

Ideal Candidate
Graduate / pursuing Digital Marketing, Marketing, MBA or related course
Freshers with a basic understanding of Meta Ads are encouraged to apply
Analytical, proactive and eager to learn
Interest in Healthcare / Medical Tourism Digital Marketing is an advantage
Candidates who can work from the Gurgaon office
F2F interview availability is mandatory

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
