Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain company services and subscription plans
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
Handle customer queries professionally
Maintain follow-up records and sales reports
Build solid customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for customer support
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Telesales/Inside Sales
Excellent communication and convincing skills

Basic computer and CRM knowledge
