Merchandiser – Job Description

Job Title: MerchandiserDepartment: Merchandising / SalesExperience: 1–5 yearsLocation: As per company requirement
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product merchandising from order placement to final delivery.
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production, and sales teams.
Prepare product specifications, samples, and order details.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Track inventory, stock levels, and product movement.
Follow up on orders, approvals, quality checks, and dispatches.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure products meet quality, pricing, and delivery requirements.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Valuable understanding of products, market trends, and inventory.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Graduate preferred; relevant merchandising experience will be an advantage.
