Prepare rates for tenders by taking rates of materials and labour from respective agencies (Civil and Plumbing items).
Coordinating with specialized agencies for preparing rates for tenders.
Finding Vendors for various items of work for issuing work orders, including identifying recent Vendors/agencies.
Supervising Rate analysis preparation for various extra items for ongoing projects.
To Assist GM Technical on all matters concerning tendering activities. Also act in a Supervisory role in the absence of the GM (Technical).
Checking email regularly and initiating action to be taken as per the matter mentioned in the mail.
The personnel shall be having experience to act in an independent capacity.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
