Role Description

The Sales Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Pune. The key responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, identifying customer needs, and presenting appropriate solutions. The Sales Engineer will also develop and maintain strong customer relationships, participate in sales activities, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales objectives effectively. The candidate will actively contribute to showcasing technical expertise about our solutions to address customer challenges.

Qualification:- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electronics/ Electrical Engineering
Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to provide innovative and tailored solutions to customers.




Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and maintain powerful relationships.
Sales expertise with the ability to build a pipeline, identify opportunities, and close deals effectively.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, on-site environment in Pune.
A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with relevant industry experience preferred.

Should have valuable negotiation skills.

Should have Good interpersonal and communication skill with personality full of energy, intelligence and attitude

Responsibilities and Duties

B2B Sales

Managing & growing sales in a given territory.

Incumbent must build relationship with Customers. Gathering the market information on competitor and on new products. Coordination of proper after sales support.

Should have go-getter attitude.

Should have a good process engineering background.

Should be sales growth oriented.

Should be willing to travel to develop the business.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
