We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and customer-friendly candidate to join our Store Sales team at Vilva Jewels.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with a warm and skilled approach.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Explain product details, offers, schemes, and pricing clearly.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Build solid relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain a neat, professional, and presentable appearance at all times.
Requirements:
Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
Good Tamil and basic English communication skills.
Prior experience in jewellery, retail, or sales will be an added advantage.
Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
