We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with 10–15 years of experience in the installation and execution of modular kitchens and wardrobes.
This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone who understands modular furniture inside-out — from drawings and measurements to installation, finishing, troubleshooting, and managing in office teams.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Supervising installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes at project sites
Managing carpenters, installers and other on-site teams
Ensuring accurate execution as per drawings and specifications
Coordinating measurements, installation schedules and site requirements
Identifying and resolving in office issues during installation
Maintaining quality, finishing and attention to detail
Coordinating with the factory, designers and project teams
Ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required standards
What we’re looking for:
10–15 years of relevant experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes or similar interior/furniture installation
Strong practical knowledge of modular furniture installation and execution
Experience handling and supervising installation teams
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong problem-solving and site management skills
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Willingness to be hands-on and take ownership of projects
