About the Role Dia Hotels & Homes PVT Ltd is seeking a motivated, results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to drive business growth across our portfolio of boutique hotels and luxury villas & homes. In this target-driven role, you will proactively identify new revenue prospects, build corporate and client partnerships, and ensure consistent property occupancy.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, pitch to, and secure new corporate accounts, travel agents, and individual bookings.
Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct site inspections and property tours for prospective corporate and event clients.
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to expand the company's client base.
Negotiate contracts, room rates, and service packages as per company guidelines and Sales SOP.
Coordinate with property management and front-desk teams to ensure smooth guest onboarding.
Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates,



and market intelligence insights for management.

Requirements & Qualifications
2–5 years of proven sales experience (experience in hospitality, real estate, or travel preferred).
Demonstrated track record of achieving target-based sales goals.
Solid negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Proficient with basic CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
