Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day B2C marketplace sales and operations across Flipkart, Myntra and Amazon.
Advanced-level expertise in Flipkart & Myntra marketplace management is mandatory.
Manage product listings, cataloguing, pricing, inventory, promotions and marketplace visibility.
Plan and execute sales growth, offers, campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor GMV, orders, conversion, traffic, returns, cancellations and overall marketplace performance.
Manage Flipkart Ads / Myntra Ads, campaign planning, optimization and ROI.
Handle marketplace claims, account health, seller performance and operational issues.
Analyze sales data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, catalog and creative teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Manage Amazon marketplace operations at a basic working level, including listings, orders, inventory, promotions and basic Seller Central activities.
Identify growth opportunities through competitor,



pricing and sales analysis.
Ensure marketplace compliance, SLA adherence and timely resolution of marketplace tickets.
Required Skills
Flipkart – Advanced Level (Mandatory)
Myntra – Advanced Level (Mandatory)
Amazon – Advance Working Knowledge
Solid knowledge of marketplace sales & marketing.
Valuable Excel/Google Sheets and data-analysis skills.
Understanding of marketplace advertising, promotions and campaign management.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage marketplace operations and achieve sales targets.
Preferred

Experience with Flipkart Seller Dashboard FBF/VMS, Myntra Seller Panel, Amazon Seller Central, marketplace advertising, Unicommerce/OMS and Quick Commerce will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
