RS Airfiltec Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of high-performance industrial air filtration systems, cleanroom equipment, and ventilation solutions. We are seeking an energetic, organized Customer Service Representative to join our team in [City, State].

In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our industrial clients, sales managers, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing, clear communication, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound client calls, emails, and portal inquiries regarding product specs, inventory, and pricing.
Process purchase orders, generate quotations, and track shipments through our logistics partners.
Address client inquiries regarding industrial filters, air purifiers, and HVAC components (training provided).
Resolve order issues, billing discrepancies, and delivery delays in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate customer records, interaction notes, and sales leads in our CRM.




Coordinate with engineering and factory operations teams to track custom order status.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1+ years in customer service, sales coordination, or client support (B2B, manufacturing, or engineering sectors preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma / Diploma with relevant industrial experience.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or ERP systems).
Communication: Transparent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with corporate clients.
Skills: Solid organizational habits, multi-tasking abilities, and quick problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
