Key Responsibilities

● Lead Engagement & Pitching: Conduct out-bound cold calling, warm follow-ups,

and email campaigns to prospective student leads (B2C).

● Consultative Selling: Understand the educational background, career goals, and

pain points of prospects to pitch suitable courses.

● Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly

revenue/enrollment targets.

● Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a clean pipeline in the CRM, tracking

every touchpoint from cold contact to deal closure.

● Objection Handling: Confidently address queries regarding course content, pricing,

and potential career outcomes.

Requirements & Skills

● Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business

development (Freshers with robust communication and sales aptitude are

encouraged to apply).

● Language Proficiency:



Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory to

communicate effectively with a diverse audience.

● Mindset: High energy, goal-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working under

performance targets.

● Communication: Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and solid persuasive

skills.

● Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Excel, and basic email tools is a

plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
