We are seeking an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily factory operations and production activities
Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of targets
Manage and guide factory workers and machine operators
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Conduct regular quality checks and maintain production standards
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
Coordinate maintenance and repair of machinery when required
Maintain production records, reports, and inventory updates
Train current employees on operational procedures and workplace safety
Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to improve efficiency
Minimize downtime and reduce material wastage
Coordinate with Inventory & logistics team for productive operations.

Preferred candidates with minimum 4 year of experience in factory supervision roles specifically in food processing or similar industry.
