Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and attend inbound calls.
Communicate with customers professionally.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries.
Update customer and call details regularly.
Eligibility:
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduation
Experience: 0–2 years
Fluency in Telugu and English.
