Nutriholic Diet is seeking a highly empathetic and organised Client Success & Operations Manager. You will be the primary point of contact for all leads and active clients, ensuring they feel supported and cared for at every stage of their wellness journey. In this role, you will act as a trusted right-hand assistant, capable of independently managing communications on the Nutritionist's behalf, streamlining operations, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the appointment booking process, client onboarding process and program completion process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
Handle all incoming queries from leads and active clients efficiently, navigating every interaction with deep empathy and care.
Manage the end-to-end appointment booking process, coordinating schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain organised and secure databases for lead details, client profiles, and service tracking.




Generate and format detailed client results and plan follow-up reports, skilled documents, and client messages to maintain clear communication and service delivery.
Provide administrative assistance, effectively taking care of client and lead management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Languages: Exceptionally fluent in English (both spoken and written), alongside solid proficiency in Hindi and Assamese.
Client Relations: A natural ability to manage relationships, demonstrating high emotional intelligence, patience, and exceptional customer service skills.
Organization: Detail-oriented and highly structured, with the ability to track services and maintain records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
