Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, and an understanding of digital and traditional marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.

Support digital marketing activities, including SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.

Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing channels.

Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.

Prepare marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.

Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, media partners, and other stakeholders.





Assist in developing and maintaining the company's brand image.

Track marketing budgets and ensure activities are completed within allocated budgets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role; freshers with robust skills may also be considered.

Valuable knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid organizational and time-management abilities.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of marketing tools is an advantage.
