Medical Coding Trainer – Pumo Technovation

Job Summary: Pumo Technovation is seeking a Medical Coding Trainer to deliver high-quality, practical training to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching industry-standard coding practices and preparing learners for successful careers in medical coding.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training on ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding standards.
Teach medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare documentation.
Deliver practical coding sessions, assessments, and mock tests.
Guide students in coding accuracy, compliance, and exam preparation.
Track learner progress and provide career-oriented support.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Medical Coding and coding guidelines.
Experience in medical coding or training is preferred.
CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.

Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
