Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and promotional creatives.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop social media campaigns that align with business objectives.
Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and maintain positive engagement with the online community.
Manage multiple social media campaigns and content calendars simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Track social media performance using analytics and insights, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on audience engagement and trends.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of qualified experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.




Solid knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Valuable understanding of content creation, social media marketing, audience engagement, and basic digital marketing concepts.
Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple social media projects simultaneously.
Portfolio or examples demonstrating experience in social media content, campaigns, or digital marketing.

Experience:
Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn): 1 year (Preferred)
Content Creation, Canva, Photoshop and AI Tools: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Sevasi, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
