Position: Lead MEP Coordinator
Location: Kochi
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities across projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve technical conflicts.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of MEP coordination experience.
Robust knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, and construction coordination processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹23,571.66 - ₹75,451.25 per month
