Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous, qualified service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests as per hotel standards.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation before, during, and after service.
Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer queries regarding food and beverages.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely order delivery.
Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance.
Prepare bills and process guest payments accurately when required.
Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
Support banquet, conference, and special event operations as assigned.




Ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to a positive dining experience.
Minimum 10+2 or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
2–3 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality service.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
