Monitor daily packaging production activities and ensure smooth operations.
Plan and coordinate manpower as per production requirements.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.
Monitor production output, quality, and productivity.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for smooth production.
Maintain daily production reports and records.
Identify production-related issues and take corrective action in coordination with the concerned team.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machines.
Follow company safety rules, SOPs, and quality procedures.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the production floor.
Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
