Job Purpose

To provide excellent customer service by serving food and beverages in a skilled, friendly, and productive manner. The role involves preparing and serving drinks, taking orders, delivering food, and ensuring guests have a positive dining and bar experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar.
Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tables, and service areas.
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Process payments using cash, card, or other methods.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and hygiene standards.
Restock bar and service areas with beverages, glassware, and supplies.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, bar work,



or table service is desirable but not essential.
Solid customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong team ethic.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, or food service is an advantage.
Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
