Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day ISBM production operations and achieve production targets.
Handle Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM) machines and production processes.
Manage production planning, manpower allocation and machine utilization.
Monitor cycle time, productivity, rejection and quality.
Troubleshoot machine and process-related issues and reduce downtime.
Control production rejection and improve overall machine efficiency.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other departments.
Implement process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to production, quality and safety standards.
Manage and guide the shop-floor production team.
Required Profile
Experience in ISBM / PET Preform / PET Bottle manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of ISBM machine operation and troubleshooting.
Experience in production planning and manpower management.
Knowledge of process parameters, rejection control and quality improvement.
CIPET / Plastic / Polymer background preferred.
Positive leadership and team-handling skills.
Candidates with ISBM Production Manager, Production Incharge, Production Supervisor or Shift Incharge experience can be considered.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
