This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system performance.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
Experience in scripting automation, process optimization, and system integration using Unix Shell.
Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in Unix environments.
Familiarity with version control systems and cooperative development workflows.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable scripts that support enterprise-level applications.
Knowledge of system monitoring and performance tuning in Unix-based systems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Unix Shell Scripting.
This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ location.
