Job Title: Quality Supervisor

Department: Quality Control

Location: SIDCO, Thirumudivakkam, Chennai

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the Quality Inspection team.
Ensure incoming, in-process, and final inspections are conducted as per quality standards.
Solid knowledge of QA/QC systems and manufacturing processes.
Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, and quality documentation.
Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CAPA, and 8D methodologies.
Ability to monitor process quality, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions.
Experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
Proficient in reading engineering drawings, GD&T;, and using measuring instruments.

Pay: From ₹23,000.00 per month
