Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Welder to join our manufacturing/fabrication team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in welding and fabrication work, particularly Aluminium welding, along with MS and SS fabrication.

Key Responsibilities
Perform welding and fabrication work as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Carry out Aluminium welding using TIG/MIG welding processes.
Perform welding on MS, SS and Aluminium components.
Read and understand engineering drawings, welding symbols and dimensions.
Ensure proper welding quality, strength, appearance and dimensional accuracy.




Perform fit-up, tack welding, final welding and finishing.
Inspect welded joints and identify welding defects.
Follow welding procedures, safety standards and quality requirements.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper use of PPE.
Coordinate with supervisors, fabricators and QC team to complete production targets.

Required Qualification & Experience
ITI / Welder trade certification or equivalent qualification preferred.
2–5 years of relevant welding/fabrication experience.
Candidate should have valuable practical knowledge of Aluminium welding.
Experience in TIG / MIG welding is required.
Experience in MS and SS welding will be an added advantage.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Knowledge of welding parameters, joint preparation and welding defects.
Qualified / certified welder candidates will be preferred.
Experience in engineering manufacturing, fabrication or industrial production will be an advantage.

Note

Candidate must be willing to relocate to Wada (Palghar district).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
