Role: Part-Time Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident Sales Executive who can speak with builders and property dealers and explain the benefits of LeadKaro in easy language.

Responsibilities:
Contact potential real estate clients provided by the company
Explain LeadKaro clearly over phone calls and WhatsApp
Identify interested clients and schedule product demonstrations
Follow up with interested clients
Help move interested clients towards a purchase decision
Maintain a daily record of calls and follow-ups

The founder will handle product demonstrations, technical questions, setup and customer onboarding.

Requirements:
Positive Hindi communication and sales skills
Previous sales, telecalling or business development experience




Real estate sales experience will be a strong advantage
Comfortable speaking with builders and business owners
Must have a smartphone and reliable internet connection
Candidates based in Ranchi will be preferred

Pay and Working Hours:
₹7,000–₹8,000 per month
20 hours per week with a flexible schedule
20% commission on the first payment received from every converted client
Work from home
Initial 30-day contractual trial

Client contacts, product information and basic sales training will be provided.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
