Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Workshop Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our automobile workshop in Haldwani.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily workshop operations and workflow.
Supervise mechanics and workshop staff.
Assign repair and service jobs to technicians.
Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired properly and on time.
Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle repairs and service requirements.
Manage workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Maintain records of jobs, parts used, and workshop expenses.
Monitor technician productivity and ensure discipline.




Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the workshop.

Requirements:
Previous experience in an automobile workshop is preferred.
Experience managing mechanics/technicians will be an advantage.
Positive knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple jobs and staff efficiently.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Candidates from Haldwani or nearby areas preferred.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹47,847.10 per month, negotiable depending on experience and capability.
