JOB TITLE: HR Recruiter – HR Intern

Location: Deccan, Pune

Internship Duration: 6 Months – Compulsory

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and collect relevant candidate details.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, joining, and documentation.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and share candidate profiles/CVs with clients and the internal team.
Post job openings on various recruitment portals.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Maintain proper records of candidate communication and recruitment status.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and daily work updates.




Learn and handle end-to-end recruitment activities under guidance.

ELIGIBILITY
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Freshers can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet/job portals.
Willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment.
Must be willing to complete the full 6-month internship.

Pay: ₹8,301.50 - ₹10,817.63 per month
