Project Planning:
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
Identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Project Execution:
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress
Ensure that project work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Project Monitoring and Control:
Track project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
Monitor project budget, schedule, and scope, and report on project performance
Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and sponsors
Manage stakeholder expectations,



and ensure that their needs are met
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards
Develop and implement quality assurance processes, and monitor project quality

Requirements:
Any degree (B.Tech, BSc, BA, etc.)
3+ years of experience in project management
ERP expertise is a plus (added advantage)
Proven track record of managing projects efficiently
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace, and adapt to changing project requirements
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
