Processing Officer – Study Abroad

Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end application processing for students applying to overseas universities.
Prepare, verify, and organize student documents for university applications and visa processing.
Coordinate with universities, students, and internal counselling teams for timely application submission.
Track application status, offer letters, tuition fee payments, and other significant updates.
Assist students with documentation requirements and ensure accuracy of all submitted documents.
Maintain proper records of applications and follow up on pending documents or processes.
Coordinate with the visa processing team and support students throughout the visa documentation process.
Ensure applications are processed within the required timelines and company standards.
Provide regular updates to students and the counselling team regarding application progress.




Achieve assigned processing targets and contribute to the overall branch performance.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad processing or overseas education consultancy is mandatory.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Basic computer proficiency is required.
Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
