Ensure the safety, security, and discipline of residents. Maintain attendance and resident records. Monitor hostel cleanliness and maintenance. Handle residents' complaints and resolve issues. Ensure hostel rules and regulations are followed. Coordinate with management regarding any emergencies or requirements. Monitor entry and exit timings of residents. Maintain a protected, friendly, and comfortable living workplace. Handle emergency situations and report incidents to management. Skills: Positive communication, leadership, problem-solving, responsibility, and basic record-keeping skills.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per hour
