Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our millwork and interiors business. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, be comfortable working with vendors and clients, and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting activities including purchase entries, sales entries, and journal vouchers
Maintain and reconcile books of accounts, bank statements, and ledgers
Prepare and manage GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for payments, invoices, and reconciliations
Generate client invoices and follow up on receivables
Manage petty cash, advance payments, and employee reimbursements




Assist in the preparation of financial reports, MIS, and audit documents
Support senior accountants during monthly and annual closings
Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records
Coordinate with internal departments (projects, purchase, HR) for cost tracking and approvals

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
2–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in an interiors or construction company)
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and knowledge of ERP software is a plus
Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting standards
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Positive communication and time management skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
