About the Role

Eallisto is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with Solar Project

experience to supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities at solar project

sites.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities at solar project sites.

Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and project team.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned

works.

Supervise solar installation and related site activities.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and project

requirements.

Monitor manpower and material requirements at site.

Report site progress, issues,



and requirements to the Project Engineer.

Ensure proper quality and safety practices at site.

Assist the project team during testing, commissioning, and handover

activities.

Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.

Required Experience & Qualifications

2–5 years of relevant site supervision experience.

Prior experience in Solar PV / Solar EPC projects is required.

Diploma / ITI / Engineering qualification in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical,

or related field.

Positive communication and manpower coordination skills.

Ability to manage site activities independently.

Willingness to travel to project sites across Kerala.

Preference: Candidates with practical Solar EPC site experience and valuable

manpower coordination skills will be given preference

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
